What is MDF;

MDF is wooden board plates obtained by crumbling wood residues and turning them into plates under high pressure and temperature. It is generally produced from walnuts and hazelnut shells. While producing MDF, wax, resin or glue is mixed between the wood pieces, increasing its strength and preventing it from falling apart easily. MDF Plates It consists of a very large proportion of wood. (90%) MDF produced for the needs is obtained from a certain proportion of mixtures of hard and soft woods and through certain processes. Wood pieces passing through special cutting machines are separated into fibers. The next process is to reassemble the split wood. Wood special adhesive and hardening materials separated into fibers are mixed with these fibers. The obtained material is dried at high temperature until it reaches the desired consistency and is brought into the desired mold by pressing. Then it is cut in special CNC machines in the desired dimensions and dimensions and presented to the service of the users.
